Please read all service descriptions, process and policies information carefully before making the payment. Amount once paid to Orangebooks Publication is Non-refundable.

• You may make the payment of publishing charges as mentioned above and let us know the same. We will confirm it within 72 hours and will ask you to submit the manuscript and other inputs for your book through email. Inputs once submitted cannot be changed, so please take utmost care while filling it. You may take help of our Support Team by email or phone call during submission of PIF.
• We require Manuscripts as Single MS Word file only. You may submit a print-ready PDF file also. Your manuscript must meet Copyright Policies. Never copy any content from other websites/ books/ blogs and use it on your manuscript as these all could cause you to copyright infringement issues in the future. The best way to use contents from other sources is to read and rewrite it in your own language.
• For Hindi Books, your manuscript must be in Kruti Dev 010 or Unicode. If your system doesn’t have Hindi fonts you can get it from here: Install Fonts. Please proofread book once before submission.
• For images, you must use your own developed sketches or images or illustrations; never directly copy it from Google or other sites, as it may result to proceedings of copyright infringement bylaws at a later stage. If you are not able to develop an image on your own, you may get it free of cost from www.pixabay.com. You may also use images from wikipedia.org mentioning credit links. In case, we find any copyright suspected image in your manuscript while submission, we will cancel your submission and will ask you to resubmit the manuscript after removing the image(s) or else to supply us the verification link/ details.
• The payment of editing is mandatory to be done with First Part Payment. If you had opted for Editing Process. The editing of your manuscript will be done prior to the collection of other inputs. We will send you a sample 4-5 page editing as a PDF highlighting the changes. You will require to review the sample and approve editing.
• Your approval marks the fact that you agree with the quality and consistency and further you cannot cancel the project and seek a refund. Once the editing will be done, we will share two files, one will be the PDF highlighting the changes and another one will be edited MS Word file for your review purpose. You will require sending the final MS Word file from your end for proceeding further. If you want to make any more changes in it you can do so in edited MS Word file.
• Kindly note that by editing service we disclaim any warrant for subjective based content. Please be clear at our end that the editors will only look over the grammar of the content for which you have opted as editing. Apart from it, we also disclaim that the editing of the content can be done hundred percent accurate, there would be a consistency of 95% and above keeping industry standards, however, we recognize human and clerical errors that could be caused.
• For cover page image you will have an option of making Selection from www.shutterstock.com (Paid Library, Full Customization). Our designers will be selecting the front cover fonts, texting, alignment, style and cropping as well as back cover positioning of elements, texts, email id, photo, etc. at their decision matching international designing and print standards. The concerned inputs for it will be taken from your side. We don't support any customization in cover and interior unless it is included in your package. For unlimited customization, we request you to opt Higher Priced Packages. After receiving inputs publishing process will start. You will be shared with the designed interior MS Word file and designed cover pages. You will be eligible to make changes in designed interior MS Word file yourself and submit final MS Word file to us for further printing and distribution.
• We support only limited fonts for interior typesetting because of our printing plants allocation to different countries restricts us from using fonts other than specified. The selling price of print and eBook will be fixed in this stage only. You can quote any prices above the Minimum Selling Price suggested by us. You can set price for Indian seller sites only. International Prices are set automatically to provide you the same royalty as those from extended Indian distribution channels. 100% of profit is paid to you as royalty on all sales. After receiving MRP and revised interior, we will share the final POD file with you one more time to find that all things are as desired and will ask you to make remaining Second Part Payment (if any).
• After receiving Final Payment (if any), your book will be forwarded for printing and distribution to worldwide platforms as print and eBook as per your package. Pre-order support from playstore (eBook) will also be provided for your book once it will be on distribution stage (if included in the package). Complimentary copies will also be shipped to you. You will also get social media account setups for your book promotion. Once your book is completely published and live, you will be granted access to the author dashboard. We provide standard template based visiting cards and posters for promotion (if included in the package). Author interview is featured on social media sites. You will get an update and payment of Royalty on monthly Cycle paid by NEFT/UPI to author's Indian Bank Account only on reaching the minimum threshold of Rs.1,000. For any support or information, you will have an option to reach author support by your dashboard support ticket or phone call.
• After book release, you may order additional copies at production cost + taxes + shipping. The minimum order of such quantity is 30 copies. However, there is also a provision to order less quantity by paying small additional fees. Complete advance payment is required for author copies order. Printing of books may take 7-9 working days. Shipping time will be additional to the printing time. We can ship your books only by Speed Post or Courier partner; we don't allow direct pickups from printing plant or any other mode. On an average up to Rs.20 per copy may be applicable as shipping cost on order of 30 copies. Per copy shipping cost may increase for ordering copies less than it. If you are planning for any book launch event, please arrange it only after receiving printed copies at your end.
• For author website, we provide basic HTML/ CMS, responsive template based site. You will require providing us the domain name and selection of sample template in Website Input Form. We will use seller description content of your book in developing website pages. We can provide any customization request on the website with some additional charges (depends upon the complexity). Websites are hosted on shared servers and no FTP login or account is shared with authors.
• For video trailer development, we will ask you to submit Video Trailer Input Form in which you will require to provide us caption text for up to 7 slides. We will use these caption text for building video trailers. Images and music will be used by our team at their discretion. We may provide customization request in it with some additional charges (depends upon the complexity).
